On a sunday night in November we welcomed our guests with blues and fire bowls at the entrance. An American cop and a polica car were part of the set up for this unforgattble night in the "Maschinenhallte" (machine hall) of the "Malzfabrik" (malt factory). Some South American spirit was brought to Berlin as Biber Herrmann, the International Cajun Trio and the Louisana Band played Blues, Cajun and Zydeco. On top of all that, we served a first class menu.
New Orleans favorite Lobster Soup
Boeuf à la Louisana - mesquite grilled Filete Mignon
Rock 'n' Joy - Chocalte Mousse with Fennel Salt, Tarte au Caramel et Poire, Cranberries glazed with Maple Sirup
